Who am I you ask a Self made Chef.  Early on people would flock to Ethel (my Mom) house requesting various meals and dishes that delighted their pallets, Collard Greens, Pound Cakes, Sweet Potato Pies to name a few.  When my mom passed away suddenly while I was grieving I started playing around with some of her secret recipes that she had passed on to me  and realized that it brought me peace comfort and the ability to feel close to her again and in her presence.   Since then I have added my own flavors and touches to them but ultimately its still a touch of Ethel, and from there Ghoztgrillz and Chef Ghozt was born.

Chef Ghozt specializes creating dishes with fresh, quality ingredients. When he is not whipping up fabulous recipes, he can be found exploring great ethnic neighborhoods and new restaurants and eateries around the Houston area, discovering new inspirations to share with you.
