Most people think that there is only one type of catering, well that's not true.  Here we will let you know the different types of catering that we offer.

Drop Off Catering

​

We offer Drop Off Catering for small events sometimes drop off catering can be your easiest option.   This is when we will deliver the food off the menu of your choice.  All you have to do is have a place to set up so that your guest can pick up the food.

Good for corporate meetings, small private affairs.

​

Buffet Style Catering

​

We also offer Buffet Style Catering which can work well for indoor dining and can be great for larger events. All we will need is space to set up the buffet and for our servers to be able to serve your guests by manning the stations refilling the menu items and clean up the mess.

Good for weddings, corporate events, large events, indoor events.

​

Traditional Catering/ Full Service

​

Traditional Catering also known as Full-service is provided as well. What you would expect at a formal wedding or sit-down dinner event.  Servers will bring the food directly to the guest and typically consist of (salad, main course, and dessert).

​

The food is usually prepared on site, and we take care of all the set up and clean up. We will also work with the event host to provide two or three options for anyone with dietary restrictions.

​

Good for formal events, large events, sit down dinners, weddings.

​

Private Chefs/ Custom Catering

​

When you need custom menus hiring a private chef is the best option, whether it's a Private Dinner Party at your home or a Black-Tie event.  At a venue a private chef can run the entire operation providing you have the budget.

Good for high budget events, when everything needs to be absolutely perfect.

​
